Message: Hello, I am eBay member in Japan. I have a question about new Accepted Payments Policy.
I saw the EuroGiro is on the list of unpermitted payment services while money orders are still permitted.
In Japan, we frequently use international postal money order (IPMO) as payment for our eBay purchasing because international money orders issued by bank or other financial institutions are not usual for P2P transaction.
Japan Post use Eurogiro Network to send IPMOs to some countries. Are IPMOs from Japan to those countries also not permitted on eBay? Thank you in advance for your kind reply, Regards Crescent
