I am told that some of eBay members in Japan have been refused their transaction for difficulty in delivery. It is no wonder that the sellers try to avoid taking any risk in shipping. I can not say “No problem! Japan is OK!” for now. Just would like you to know limited northern area in Japan’s main island got seriously affected and still remain in serious state but most other areas are OK.
From 17th Nov. Japan Post bans some of over 16 oz Air mails or parcels to the US. Small seller on eBay in Japan might be affected. eBay Japan sent email to Japanese sellers. I think buyer in the US who love Japanese items should also be made aware of what is going on.
